Theme / Area: Web page. Time Commitment: 8 hours over one month.
The Opportunity
What could be possible if this challenge is completed? We will have a truly global library of SF resources for practioners around the world, in their language of preference.
Why this challenge matters?
Together, we can build a truly global library of Solution Focused resources, making knowledge and inspiration more accessible to practitioners around the world in their preferred language.
What done looks like?
By the end of the challenge, you will have:
- A list of 10–15 resources, including the title, author (where applicable), and a link to each resource.
- A folder named with the selected language, containing PDF versions of the articles whenever available.
The Challenge in practice:
Key steps:
- Choose a language other than English.
- Search the web and/or reach out to Solution Focused practitioners who speak that language to identify the most valuable articles, videos, or podcasts.
- Create a folder for your selected language and save the PDF versions of the articles whenever possible. Alongside the folder, create a list of the resource titles, authors, and links.
- When complete, send both the folder and the resource list to zoom@sfio.org.
Useful resources: A great place to start is by contacting members of the Solution Focused community who speak your chosen language and asking them which articles, videos, or podcasts have been most influential in their practice.
Support available: The InterAction editors, Annie and John, are available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the challenge.
