I’ve created a number of SF models, including iFLOW Time Mastery, RADAR anti-procrastination, MAGIC negotiation, R4 Delegation, Brief Mindfulness stress reduction/focus enhancement and the ORA solution focus lens.

Sarah is Senior Mentor Children and Young People, of Learning Space, a children and young people’s mental health charity based in Surrey, England.
Sarah is an experienced Parent Coach who shares Listening and Connection tools to support great relationships.
A qualified youth worker and senior mentor with Learning Space, Sarah has worked with children, young people and parents for ten years in various settings, including secondary schools and the private sector.
The UK SFiO Chapter holds three meetings each year in London and/or in Leeds. We currently focus our meetings around a workshop of around 1.5 to 2 hours in length with some great speakers.

Sonali is a Facilitator, Coach and Mentor, supporting leaders and teams to generate sustainable culture change through better conversations at work. She works with a diverse set of clients in sectors including corporate, SME and not-for-profit organisations.
Sonali supports new and established teams to co-create behaviours, rituals and actions to make progress towards their desired outcomes. Her facilitation style is informal, focused and appreciative and she has used Decision Circle to facilitate team decision making.
Susie Ingram served as Pastoral Manager at Beechen Cliff School in Bath, where she helped pioneer a whole-school approach to wellbeing grounded in the Solution Focus method. Working closely with school counsellor Tara Gretton, she co-led the introduction of Solution Focused counselling and communication across staff, students, and parents.
Her leadership, and the leadership of teachers, helped create a more open, positive school culture and supported the delivery of over 1,000 counselling sessions each year.
Tara is the founder of Solution Revolution and co-founder of The Blossoming Family. She fell in love with the Solution Focus approach in 2002 and is on a mission to share this magical approach with schools, children, young people and families. Tara also feels passionate about hearing young people’s voices and loves to train the young in the solution-focused approach.
Tara also enjoys working with musicians, actors and breath workers, where they bring the magic of SF and the arts together.
Will Reed is a 19-year-old Solution Focused Practitioner based in the U.K., who works constantly to involve Young People and people from diverse backgrounds at every opportunity. He has presented at various national and international mental health conferences, talking from a Young Persons perspective, how positive change can happen with just a switch of mindset to SF. He also co-runs Breathing Solutions a volunteered service that provides Solution Focused Breathwork sessions online, and also manages the UKASFP social media presence. Will is exceptionally driven to make sure that Young People are given a voice, and he makes sure that voice is truly listened to and appreciated in whatever situation that is; a school, organisation strategy or planning events.
