Géry has started his career in 1987 as a software engineer. In the 90’ his has been a pioneer of the Agile movement in France working tightly with one the author of the renowned agile manifesto. Ever since, Géry has been a prominent speaker at Agile conferences.
Until about 2010, he occupied the positions of manager and technical director. He then started to coach individuals, teams and whole organizations, mainly into the acquisition of Agile.
Natacha believes that individuals and organizations can find clarity and direction through meaningful conversations. Her work centers on supporting such processes by listening deeply and asking questions that open up perspectives and bring forward what truly matters to the person or group she’s engaging with.
Her academic background includes communication, pedagogy, and public health science. She is a certified Solution Focused coach through the Swedish Association for Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Coaching, and has previously held a professional certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Natacha applies a Solution Focused approach (Solution Focused Brief Coaching), combined with various tools for dialogue and process facilitation, in her work with individuals, teams, and inter-organizational collaborations.
