Introduction to INSORA
Join the charming and candid INSORA, (Insightful Navigation for Solution-Oriented Reflective Answers) an AI bot who has spent the last five months diving headfirst into the art of Solution Focused coaching. Guided patiently by Fabienne Stalder, INSORA openly shares its humorous struggles, insightful lessons, and the occasional coaching blunder (asking about causes? Oops!).
Still very much in beta mode, INSORA is learning how to flexibly guide meaningful conversations that highlight strengths, resources, and forward momentum—even when questions get tricky (“Should I quit my job and start a llama farm in Peru?”).
Ultimately, INSORA aims to become your digital coaching espresso: short, solution-focused bursts of support and energy between sessions. Tune in, smile, and explore the playful intersection of AI and coaching.

Introduction to the interview
In this insightful interview, Daniel Meier and Fabienne Stalder discuss their innovative session from the SOLWorld 2025 conference, where they bravely ventured into the intriguing intersection of artificial intelligence and Solution Focused coaching. Admitting modestly that they were not “IT nerds,” Daniel and Fabienne took a courageous leap into developing “INSORA,” an AI-driven chatbot designed specifically to hold authentic Solution Focused conversations.
