One of my favourite articles in the printed version of InterAction is from Volume 4, Number 1: p. 8-20 “Practical ideas for stimulating quality in training”, written by Peter Sundman and Björn Johansson.
I came across it recently while preparing an online course together with Martina Scheinecker about SF Interventions in Conflict Management, that we collected in our recently published book. The article is like a checklist for Solution Focus trainers - in the best possible way. It provides feedforward ideas for anybody who wants to develop his/her training skills and to share responsibility on the quality of training with participants. It is a hidden jewel that deserves attention again.
And I can say that I miss Björn a lot who died so early. For me, he was a very important member of the community, and he lives on in my mind and his articles.
