Hi5 is an exciting, innovative IT Consultancy, based in Umeå, in the north of Sweden.
In 2012, I had the privilege of training everyone at Hi5 in Solution Focus. I was delighted by the way they ran with it, adding a twist of SF to almost everything they do, and getting some great results.
But initial enthusiasm can easily wane, life can intervene, and today’s hot new innovation can easily become last years’ management fad.
So, did that happen at Hi5? Or did they continue to get value from SF? What’s their perspective after 6 years of SF?
To find out, listen to this interview with CEO Niklas Tiger. I asked him questions like:
- What made SF and Hi5 a good fit for each other?
- What have you been doing with SF?
- What difference has it made?
- What advice would you give to a CEO considering the adoption of SF?
The answers are quite amazing. For example, Niklas tells me about some of the biggest problems in the IT services industry (recognised yet unsolved in 15-20 years), and how SF has given him tools to solve them.
He also mentions some figures that show turnover growth going up from roughly 3% to 50% per year!
To find out more about how Niklas and the whole Hi5 team achieved these results, have a listen to the interview.
