This Journal comes from the Association of Solution Focused Consulting and Training, a not-for-profit organ- isation registered in Germany in 2008 to support solution focused research, theory and practice. The SFCT is a membership association with a board, statutes, a bank account and mailing address. In short, the SFCT is a legal entity. There are several advantages to this:
