Imagine a school with a collective purpose, where people look through a lens of whatâs working and whatâs wanted.
A school where wellbeing isnât an add-on, but is woven through the fabric of school life - the classrooms, corridors, conversations, strategy meetings and everyday interactions.
Come and experience this at Beechen Cliff School in Bath, where a Solution Focused approach has been growing across the school community for the past eight years.
This gathering will explore what can happen when wellbeing becomes a catalyst for better outcomes: stronger staff retention, better pupil attendance, fewer behavioural issues, stronger relationships, SEN inclusion and greater engagement in learning.
This is not a show-and-tell conference.
It is a working gathering for school and trust leaders, governors, policymakers, practitioners and others who want to influence what happens in schools.

John has over thirty years experience of leading people to collaborate effectively. He gained his leadership experience as a Senior Vice President in Visa International, working on international projects. Since 2004 he has used his leadership and Solution Focus expertise to enable people in multinational and national organisations to collaborate effectively. He is Co-President of Solution Focus in Organisations, an SFiO Reviewed Practitioner and has an MBA from The Open University in the UK.
