Our best hopes from this Meetup group are to facilitate mutual learning about what we all can do to make organisational change fast, fluid and fun by using the Solution-Focused approach.
What is my motivation?
So, if you are a internal or external coach, team leader or executive, team member or dedicated innovator, I am sure you will benefit from learning more about how Solution-Focus.
If you want to make your organisation more adaptive and foster new ways of working together - Solution-Focus is for you. Unlike traditional „waterfall change-methods”, it reduces stuckness, resistance and risk and increases momentum, collaboration and engagement.
I feel that it is high time to make our organisations better places for humans. Yes, organisations must pursue their goals in terms of profit and results. And we also know from organisational research that positive relations and a purpose that is valuable for society will help them reach their commercial goals even more surely while also fostering individual well-being.

How do we do this? We shall offer a 1,5 hour workshop every 5-7 weeks, usually between 6-7.30pm CET.
For most meetings an invited “guest speaker” will present a case and their knowhow and be open for your feedback and questions. We also aim to offer an “intervision opportunity” for one or several members of the group to present a case or a question of their own. Drawing on the wisdom of the crowd, you will receive affirming and constructive feedback and ideas on the question you may have. If you wish to have a definite place on the “intervision slot”, please drop me a line before the next meeting, either on meet-up or on susanne.burgstaller@usolvit.com. Each meeting will also present you with plenty of interactive possibilities to “meet and greet” each other and share your questions and insights.
While our meet-ups will usually conducted in the English language, we plan to hold the occasional meet-up in German. This depends on what demand there seems to be for it.

Meine beste Hoffnung von dieser Meetup Gruppe ist es, Euch davon zu begeistern, mehr Lösungsfokus in das Herz von Organisationen zu bringen. Dazu wollen wir gemeinsam lernen, wie wir Lösungsfokus einsetzen können, um Transformationen flotter, fluider und freudiger für alle Beteiligten zu gestalten.
Wozu soll das gut sein? Was ist meine Motivation?
Unsere Erfahrung zeigt uns, dass die Verbindung von Lösungsfokus und Agilität in OE und Change Coaches, Teams und Führungskräften hilft, adaptive Organisationen und neue Arbeitsweisen zu fördern. Im Gegensatz zu traditionellen „Wasserfall“-Methoden reduziert Lösungsfokus Widerstand, Trägheit und Risiko und fördert Schwung, Kollaboration und Engagement.
Meinst Du nicht auch, dass es hoch an der Zeit ist, dass unsere Organisationen bessere Orte für Menschen werden? Die Organisationsforschung zeigt uns sogar, dass sie ihre Gewinn-Ziele sogar besser erreichen, wenn sie auf positive Mitarbeitenden-Beziehungen achten und einen Wertbeitrag für unsere Gesellschaft leisten?
