Team managers are constantly challenged to bring together a team to offer solutions to business challenges or create values for the organization. Teaming is a dynamic process; teaming is teamwork on the fly. Team managers need to harness the power of collective strengths to deliver results that are greater than the sum of their parts.
Team managers are required to play the role of Coach or Facilitator in the teaming process. Team managers need tools to help them illuminate and unite strengths, to appreciate each other’s motivations, and to gain commitments from every teammate towards a shared purpose.
