You are most welcome to join us for this online workshop where you will explore the metaphor and practices of Host Leadership and discover ways to use them for the benefit of your teams, organisations, clients and you.
During the session, you will participate in activities designed for you to:
- experience the value of the host leadership metaphor in your own context
- discover how to encourage people to build relationships while moving forward
- use the step- forward and step-back dance of the Host Leader
- examine the new roles and positions of engagement of the Host Leader
Dr. Leah Davcheva, is a coach and facilitator, who specialises in Host leadership and the Solutions Focus approach to building change. She is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and also works internationally. She is the founder and the driving force of the Centre for Interculturality, Solutions Focus and Host Leadership since 2007.
