The client organisation had recognised a need to create a common understanding of what defines a truly customer-centric organization; which attributes and behaviour demonstrate that the customer is at the core of the company’s business. The main objective was to ensure that everyone in the organisation is committed to deliver excellent customer experience and thus, help customers achieve their goals.
